If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, send us either a photo of the damage or a short video and we'll send you a replacement item (free of charge). You do not need to return the damaged item to us.
- All sales are final.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and refunded. Order cancellations / refunds are only possible within the first 24 hours of placing an order and if the item has not yet been shipped by our suppliers.
- Please note that if you ordered more than one item from us, you will receive each item in a separate package and at a different delivery time. This is due to the fact that we have many different suppliers that we work with who will send your item to you directly. On the plus side, this also greatly reduces taxes and customs issues.
- We usually ship within 2-6 weeks, however, on rare occasions, packages get stuck in customs or are lost by the postal system. If your package is stuck in customs, this will cause an extra delay that may take longer than 2-6 weeks. In such a case, please wait for your package to be cleared by customs and be delivered to you. This is not within our control and we will not be made responsible for any customs issues in your country.
- If your package was lost by the postal system, we will send you a new package free of charge. This whole process can take longer than 2-6 weeks so please be patient. We guarantee that you will receive what you paid for!
- We guarantee to replace faulty items free of charge. Items can only be replaced once we have received visual or video proof of the damage.
- We can only replace damaged items within 30 days of you receiving the goods from us. If more than 30 days have passed since you have received your package, we cannot resend a new item to you.
